A speedster named El Rapido who is a teenager and his hero suit is blue and his speedster trail is blue, he gets bullied but when he gets his powers he fights the bullies, he fights crime when he gets his powers and then fights the main villain (TheWhite), TheWhite killed El Rapido's mom when he was a kid and TheWhite's suit is White and his speedster trail is white too. When el Rapido defeats him, his dad sees him but then TheWhite runs to his dad and KILLS HIM, then el rapido kills TheWhite.
